Join the Mission
Volunteer, intern, work, or partner with us. There are many ways to contribute to justice, peace, and community development in Zimbabwe.
Volunteering
Silveira House welcomes volunteers who want to contribute their skills, time, and energy to our programmes. We accept local and international volunteers in roles spanning facilitation, communications, research, administration, and community outreach.
Internships
Students and recent graduates can gain hands-on experience in NGO and social development work through structured internships. Internships run for 3–6 months and are available across all programme departments.
Employment
Silveira House advertises vacancies for programme officers, facilitators, administrators, and project staff on this page and through Zimbabwean media. Check back regularly or subscribe to receive notifications.

Partnerships
We actively seek partners — NGOs, research institutions, government bodies, faith-based organisations, and private sector actors — who share our commitment to justice, peace, and sustainable development. Let's explore what we can build together.
