Solidarity and subsidiarity are key elements of nation building exercises. Such a noble cause demands that leaders unite and inspire unity among their communities. Therefore openness to dialogues with and among each other is crucial.

Leadership development for Accountable and Better Governance (2019-22)
GOAL:
The project seeks to build the leadership capacity of leaders at the different tiers of government.
TARGETS GROUPS:
Rural Districts Councilors, Member of Parliament, Provincial Administrators, Church leaders and the Youth (including six universities namely the University of Zimbabwe, the National University for Science and Technology, the Midlands State University, Great Zimbabwe University, Bindura University and Chinhoyi University).
THEMES COVERED:
Key concepts in economic development, roles and responsibilities of elected officials, administration and governance, local development policy planning and spirituality of leadership.
